Why doesn't the repix option show on some posts or media items?

If the repix option is not available on a post or a media item in an album; it's typically because either

• That user's account is set to private
• The album that media item is in, has a non public privacy option (e.g. Followers Only)
• Or the post is part of paid subscription from a content creator
